Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers modern rooms with all essential amenities like a big bathroom, huge bed, fridge, kettle, and a breathtaking view of the Pamukkale terraces. The cleanliness was impressive, just like in the photos. However, the dining experience had some room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were modern and had all necessary amenities, but they felt a bit small for three people. The view of the Pamukkale terraces from Room 14 was breathtaking. The service was friendly and positive overall, although it was a bit haphazard at times. The location was superb, just a short walk from both the Hierapolis site and the center of town. The dining options were good, especially the Turkish breakfast spread, but I wished for more variety. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were well-maintained and convenient.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and newly renovated with a classy design, though a bit cramped for my liking. The service was exceptional and very cooperative, even going the extra mile to drive us to the top of Pamukkale attraction. The hotel's location was fantastic, very near the Pamukkale Travertine. However, the dining options were a bit basic, and the quality could have been better.
